To offer a new concept in travel planning - providing bespoke guidebooks on line using psychometric software that matches content to client profile. The Company will offer this service via the Internet for use on personal computers, television, Palm Pilots and WAP enabled mobile phones.
Business process was scoped, mapped and converted into technical specification. Three relevant technical solutions were presented pre final selection resulting in adoption of Mediasurface application, Oracle database and NT operating system. Project Plan drawn up, accepted. Development cycle and testing completed. Site developed and signed off by customer within budget and on time.
Scalable solution allowing tailor-made-travel to deliver its product to both its business and consumer customers. System not only developed product but also allows customer to mange all content within application and coordinate accounts and helpdesk functions. System has now been identified for adoption by other travel companies expanding the business opportunities for our customer.
