Business Situation:
Previously the operation was paperwork based and cumbersome. Engineers carried Contract Forms, QC sheets and Job sheets. Backoffice functions such as CRM, Service management, and Warehouse management were not integrated or effectively controlled.
Solution:
Implementation of Inforgen to deliver an end-to-end ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution. Customer systems were integrated using Inforgen web services.
