There are five main steps in our approach to every project, regardless of size:

Understanding your objectives

We will work with you to identify your immediate and long-term business objectives, understand your operating and technical environments, and pinpoint your potential audience. At this stage your dedicated Project Manager will establish the basic project scope, budget and work plan.

Scoping the project

Working closely with you, we specify and document your business, functional, technical and creative requirements. Our teams can then identify or develop the best solution for these needs and ways of integrating this within any existing infrastructure. Your Project Manager will ensure coordination between yourself and the EBS team, in addition to producing and monitoring a detailed milestone plan. All of our web projects include a detailed technical design, presented in language that is both comprehensive and easy to understand.

Building the solution

Using robust, reliable technologies, we build a prototype to demonstrate the concepts allowing you to refine the objectives. Our Design and Development teams then complete the functional user-interface design whilst advancing the technical architecture and, where required, developing site content. Regular scheduled meetings with you will ensure the project runs smoothly. Where appropriate, we will procure suitable hardware at the best prices to facilitate these systems.

Testing and approving

Our teams will deliver to you a working prototype, offering you an opportunity to review and test the solution prior to implementation. Projects developed in-house follow a rigorous development plan with the milestones built in for your review. We don't want to develop a product that does not work for you – at EBS we ensure that the applications we develop provide you with the solution you require.

Rolling out the solution

Once the final product is built, we then test the product before implementing it within your chosen environment. We will ensure that any new or upgraded system is rolled out with minimum disruption to your existing business and processes. Your Project Manager will arrange an appropriate level of training to ensure that you fully understand how to manage, maintain and maximise the benefits of your solution.
