Qube GB is an award winning communications solutions provider, servicing both commercial and consumer customers across the UK. It is comprised of a network of offices and distribution centres within London and across the UK.  

Qube GB approached EBS after finding their daily business operations to be out-of-date and cumbersome. Back office functions such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Service management and Warehouse management were not integrated or effectively controlled.

After a detailed consultation, EBS implemented their Inforgen platform to deliver an end-to-end ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution.  Customer systems were integrated using Inforgen web services. 

The facilitation of value-add services have enhanced the overall customer experience and delivered substantial cost savings. Inforgen continues to provide additional value through its real-time reporting capabilities and ability to record customer satisfaction whilst onsite. Availability can be viewed instantaneously. The Qube GB Extranet allows for the efficient management of a large number of jobs, staff and resources.
